VTV
The songs of Vinnaithandi Varuvaya are truly international flavoured. Talk about Hosanna in which you get to listen to a fresh voice in the name Vijay Prakash. A great attempt which ended up being hit. Omana Penne had the traditional Nadaswaram which reminded me once again why Rahman is a genius. Anbil avan and Kanukkul kannai are fast paced and act as a engine to the whole album. Mannippaya left me speechless with Shreya ghosal partnering Rahman to perform a classy duet. Aaromale is surely the talk of the album (though I could not understand the malayalam lyrics ) with a malayalee background that tends to ease everyone's tiredness. In the whole AR Rahman has proved once again why he is the most versatile composer ever.
